Since its creation, Knowings offers two possibilities for the hosting of its solutions :

• SaaS (Software as as Service): 60% of our clients use our solutions as a service via Internet against payment of a periodic fee. Knowings takes responsibility for hosting, securing, maintaining and operating the application.
• Internalised : the client buys or rents a licence from Knowings, and operates the application on its own servers.

Additionally, Knowings delivers a wide range of associated services: consulting, integration, and operational assistance during and after the application rollout.

The trend towards the convergence between EDM and collaboration in the requirements of companies and organisations today is very clear: on the one hand, firms expect to see enhanced flows and exchanges within EDM processes, whilst on the the other hand, the management via EDM of information stemming from collaboration is also sought.

Since 1999, Knowings’ R&D budgets have increased considerably. • With the SaaS mode, you’ve made a wise choice : no investment, no IT constraints. A quarterly fee based on your own consumption of resources will allow you to access the platform via any web browser. Knowings takes responsibility for hosting, securing, maintaining and operating the application.
• Licence subscription mode: the application is hosted and managed on your own servers. The quarterly budget includes the rights of use and maintenance.
• License purchase mode: you invest in and operate the solution, which you manage within your own information system.
