Knowings Hotline

Knowings’ hotline is available by email and by telephone to offer first-level support for any possible dysfunctions with your Knowings application, and to track and manage ongoing queries.

 

A customized Customer Service Portal

As a complement to the Hotline, our Client Portal allows you to follow the resolution process of your reported incidents, improvement suggestions and assistance requests. This portal also provides comprehensive documentation for all of Knowings’ Software applications.

 

Direct Support

To cater for occasional support requirements, Knowings Direct Support offers continuous assistance to customization and management of your applications. Our teams are available on a daily basis to answer your questions by telephone and email. You may use this service to personalise or modify specific functionalities. Our teams can either guide you on the phone or remotely take control of your application on a temporary basis.

Service

SaaS (Software as a Service) enables our clients to use Knowings Software as a service through secured external platforms, which allows them to be free of the burden of IT administration whilst easily foreseeing its costs. The economic model for a SaaS contract includes :

  • The deployment of your application on Knowings’ SaaS platforms
  • Regular upgrades of your solution for the full duration of your SaaS contract
  • Access to Customer Service (for resolution of bugs) and related Knowledge bases
  • No licence fees
